The Sunday school is to be re roofed. Dave and Ray friends from Portsmouth have travelled down to do the daring deed. The weather has been fab all week and they worked very long hours to get it done - great work boys. They were delayed by the 'bat man' not being able to get to site before Monday afternoon. Having put up scaffolding on Sunday they were ready to go but waited on the step until he arrived! The nails on the front were very stubborn and our supplier failed to get the 'Velux' windows to us meaning they had no choice but to put on the roof without them!
Many thanks Dave and Ray it looks great and has been positively commented on by many folks locally.

Roof turned out as good as expected, shame about the velux windows. Thanks Jan and Pete for keeping us fed and watered. It's all coming on well xxx
